Abstract: (Environmental Problems and Urban Trees in Mexico City). Throughout the description of the principal environmental problems like atmospherical pollution, erosion and population growth, we proceed to analyse in a general way, the most important activities that affect urban street trees in Mexico City like species selection, tree plantation, site reserved to the trees and tree maintenance. Some suggestions are included at the end like solutions to solve this problem.
